Products in new condition with original packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Return shipping is not included.

How do I clean my bGOLDEN vessel?
Once there is 1cm of wax left in your vessel it is time to replenish! To remove the remaining 1cm of wax from your vessel use a sturdy spoon to chip out all remaining wax including the wick tab. Discard all wax and wick tab into the trash bin.
How do I remove any marks that soap and water can't get rid of?
A ceramic clean will get the vessel looking like new. Magic Erasor or Bar Keepers Friend are our personal favourites.
